Office Phone Directory

It is a small project, I created to store the contact details and office telephone extensions of our IT technicians. As a Helpdesk, it is often challenging to find the emails and contact information of IT techs, such as their mobile phones and extension numbers, especially when the helpdesk phone lines are very busy with incoming support calls. I developed this small app to help me quickly locate their contact details and call them when they are needed on-site. It is useful for transferring calls to the techs' extension numbers and for finding their mobile phone numbers and emails.

Here's the features of this program:

The form contains a registration tab and a directory tab. The primary key used is the Mobile Number. If the person does not have a mobile phone number, any number like 1001 or another preferred number can be used. The required personal details include First Name, Last Name, email address, Phone extension, and Department. The available functions are Save, Update, Delete, Clear, Refresh, and Search.
