This project is entitled Online Eyewear Shop Website. It is a web-based application developed in PHP (OOP) and MySQL Database. The main purpose of this project is to provide an online shopping and ordering platform for Eyewear Businesses and their possible clients. The application has a pleasant user interface using Bootstrap Framework and AdminLTE Template. It consists of multiple user-friendly features and functionalities. How does the Online Eyewear Shop Website work? The Online Eyewear Shop Website is an online selling and ordering platform. It enables certain eyewear businesses to reach their possible clients and present their available products. The website provides access to both Admin/Management and Clients. The Online Eyewear Shop Website project comes with an Admin Panel/Management Site. Here, the management can populate the list of their product categories, selling products, and manage the stock or availability of their products. This site also contains a feature where the management can list and manage customer orders. The management can generate printable Daily Reports. Some dynamic information such as the site name/information and page content (contact/about) can be updated also on this side of the application. On the Customer Side of the system, clients can simply explore the available products that the store is selling, list the products by category, and add products to the shopping cart. Clients can register their accounts by simply filling in the required fields on the registration page. Registering to the site is a must before clients can add items to their cart and complete the order transaction. The client can also list and track their order on the Order List page. Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP. Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

System Installation/Setup

Enable the GD Library in your php.ini file. Open your XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL. Extract the downloaded source code zip file. Copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin Create a new database named oews_db. Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as oews_db.sql located inside the database folder. Browse the Online Eyewear Shop Application in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/oews/ and http://localhost/oews/admin for the admin side.
