Online Graduate Tracer System for College of ICT Alumni in PHP Free Source Code

This project is entitled Online Graduate Tracer System for College of ICT Alumni. This is a web-based application project developed in PHP and MySQL Database. It is mainly developed to provide a certain school with a platform to track their alumni and generate graphical reports of the alumni status. It has a simple and pleasant user interface developed with Bootstrap Framework. It also consists of user-friendly features and functionalities. About the Online Graduate Tracer System The Online Graduate Tracer System is consist of a Public Site and an Admin Site. The public site is the side of the system where the alumni can fill in their information about their current status. In the admin site, the users are required to log in with their valid credentials in order to gain access to the features and functionalities of the said side of the system. The admin users can list and manage the BSIT and BSCS Alumni. On the same side, the user has the privilege to view the generated graphical reports of the alumna status. This system is our capstone project from the second semester of 3rd yr until 1st semester of 4th yr to trace the alumni of the college of ICT in Cotabato Foundation College of Science in Technology the BSCS and BSIT graduates to know what kind of job they have now and how are their monthly income. How to Run? Requirements

Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP. Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

System Installation/Setup

Open your XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL. Extract the downloaded source code zip file. Copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin Create a new database named tracking. Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as tracking.sql located inside the source code root folder. Browse the Online Graduate Tracer System in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/tracking/ for the public site and http://localhost/tracking/admin for the admin site.
