Clinic Queuing System using PHP and SQlite3 Source Code Free Download

This project is entitled Clinic Queuing System. It is a web application the primary purpose is to provide an automated platform to handle the queuing flow or system of a certain clinic. This project was mainly developed using PHP Language and SQLite3 Database. It has a pleasant and simple user interface using the Bootstrap Framework. It consists of multiple easy-to-use features and functionalities. How does the Clinic Queuing System work? The Clinic Queuing System is a simple web application that was built for a certain clinic. It is an automated platform that manages the daily queuing flow of clinic patients. Here, patients can simply fill in the required fields on the form page to list or queue themselves as patients of the clinic for consultation or any other service of the clinic. The system's Queuing Monitor Page displays the current served patient display. The system also Utter the name and queue number of currently queued patients. On the management site, the site administrator or staff can also list patients to queue and manage their data. Then can also re-notify the current queued patients. The Queue will be automatically changed to the next patient when management updates the current queued patient status as done. This Clinic Queuing System also contains a ready-to-print Date-wise Queued Patients Records Report. Features and Functionality? Administrator

Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP/WAMP. Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

Installation/Setup

Open your XAMPP/WAMP php.ini file and uncomment the sqlite3 extension. Then, save the file. Open your XAMPP/WAMP's Control Panel and start Apache. Extract the downloaded source code zip file. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And If you are using WAMP, paste it into the "www" directory. Browse the Clinic Queuing System in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/php-sqlite-cqs/.
