This system is quite different. Simple but essential for the beginners. Its quite different from usual access used. Mostly, we input data to the tables using forms. This system you will input data by microsoft excel and view reports to microsoft access. Any changes you made to excel it will reflect in access.
Note: Copy the microsoft excel file to Drive D then create shortcut to the desktop as your interface. Access file you put anywhere as you wish. Yet, I recommend to put into trusted location
Bonus:
You can create and delete table using button.
